Hard at work or hardly working?

When you do what you love, it doesn’t feel like work. These ideals have helped to shape my career approach.

 

Lump me in with the right brained individuals. I have always been a creative, conceptualizing the world that surrounds me. Following my interests and talents to become a Designer was a natural realization. After pursuing a degree in Fashion Design & Product Development at Stephens College, I followed my prospects to the East Coast where I have found myself rooted in the New York Metropolitan Area for nearly a decade. 

 

I grew up in a small town. If you look at a map of the United States and place your finger to the middle, that’s where I grew up. Nevada, Iowa. As I commute into New York City it is still surreal for me. Each morning I steal a peek up to see if I can make out the spire at the top of the Empire State Building.
